The Apprenticeship Semester Mobility Contract (LC) is the relevant legal document for the recognition of your modules/Grade/ECTS for the CogSci program of study at your home university. (In other words, grades cannot be recognized at your home university on the basis of your transcript of the host university without the apprenticeship contract.) The deadline for the apprenticeship contract for the mobility semester is 31 March. This date has been set by the international consortium MEi: CogSci. If you miss this deadline, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to complete your mobility semester successfully. At the information meeting, each partner university presents its local implementation of MEi: CogSci-Mobilit-tsmester and presents some of the possibilities for project work and specialisation. The information provided will help students choose preferred partner universities for their mobility semester. 2. After your home university has appointed you as an exchange student for studies at the University of Ljubljana, you should complete an online application. There is no need to send a copy of the application on paper. Send your apprenticeship contract for the mobility semester by e-mail to the program coordinators at your host university and CC (2) to your home university and (3) to your (s) manager (s). 1.
ERASMUS: Your home university should first appoint you to the Office of International Relations of the University of Ljubljana. Appointments should be addressed at the greatest opportunity to come to Slovenia in order to achieve short-term learning mobility, within the framework of the Erasmus programme, Europe`s largest education and training programme. The program offers international students the opportunity to study in Slovenia for a period of 3 to 12 months, which also receives financial support. Student mobility (as well as staff mobility) is possible inside and outside the European Union. Another option for the exchange of studies is short-term mobility on the basis of bilateral agreements signed by Slovenia with many countries to support student exchanges for up to ten months. Three types of apprenticeship contracts are available for the mobility semester. The type of apprenticeship contract depends on the nature of the project work you do. If the number of students exceeds the number of places available at a given university, the program coordinators will inform you and ask you to discuss the situation in your cohort. You can also ask coordinators for alternative proposals for partner universities regarding their interests.
If the conflict is not resolved, the coordinators resolve the conflict by randomization. The apprenticeship agreement is a key document for Erasmus mobility. From the Erasmus programme 2021-2027, e-learning agreements become the norm. In 2015, ESN joined the European Foundation for Higher Education (EUF) initiative, the Online Learning Agreement, which would develop a tool for students and universities that could be used online for the creation and signing of a learning agreement. In May 2017, the OLA was created to demonstrate the concept of experimentation and adoption of higher education institutions. The EUF has launched another project, OLA, which has added new features to the platform, such as apprenticeship agreements for internships and measuring user satisfaction. All modules and project descriptions for the courses and projects you follow must be in a document, i.e. provide an apprenticeship contract document for all of your project work. (Please don`t use two LC documents.) You can apply for one or two semesters as an exchange student at the University of Ljubljana if your home university is a partner of the University of Ljubljana.
You will receive an e-mail from the Erasmus office after being nominated for an Erasmus scholarship.
